The company offers one-stop services covering door-to-door pickup, transit and delivery, in-transit interception, reverse returns, after-sales customer service, and other links for merchants and brands on platforms such as Tmall Supermarket. It promises a fast, reliable, punctual, and door-to-door delivery experience. Currently, it provides next-morning delivery, next-day delivery, and on-demand door-to-door delivery services in 300 cities, with the fastest half-day delivery in key cities.
